You must be at least 18 years old (or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction, if higher) to create an account or make a purchase. By registering, you confirm that all information you provide is accurate and that you will keep it up to date.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately at support@outfitridge.com if you suspect any unauthorized access.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or are used to abuse our systems.

We make every effort to accurately display products, including colors, sizes, and descriptions. However, we do not guarantee that product images on your screen accurately reflect the actual product due to variations in monitor color calibration.

All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time without notice. If an item you ordered becomes unavailable after purchase, we will notify you and offer a full refund.

Prices are listed in US Dollars and are subject to change without notice. The price displayed at the time you complete your order is the price you will be charged.

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order at our discretion. An order is confirmed when you receive an order confirmation email from us.

Payment is processed securely through Stripe. We accept all major credit and debit cards. You represent that you are authorized to use the payment method you provide.

In the event of a pricing error, we will notify you before processing your order and give you the option to proceed at the correct price or cancel for a full refund.

Discount codes are subject to their individual terms (single use per customer, expiration dates, minimum order values). They cannot be combined with other promotions unless explicitly stated.

Delivery timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, severe weather, or other events outside our control.

Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. If a package is marked delivered but you have not received it, please contact us within 7 days so we can investigate.

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. For full details, see our Returns Policy. Key points:

• Most unused items may be returned within 30 days of delivery
• Items must be in original, unworn condition with tags attached
• Personalized or custom-printed items are non-returnable unless defective
• Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days

When you submit artwork or design files for custom printing, you represent and warrant that you own or have the right to use all content in the submission, and that the content does not infringe any third-party intellectual property rights.

By submitting artwork, you grant OutfitRidge a limited, non-exclusive license to use the artwork solely for the purpose of fulfilling your order. We will not use your artwork for any other purpose without your permission.

All content on the OutfitRidge website — including logos, product designs, photography, text, and software — is owned by or licensed to OutfitRidge and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used without our written permission.

You agree not to:

• Use our site for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law
• Submit artwork or content that is defamatory, obscene, hateful, or infringes third-party rights
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts
• Use automated tools (bots, scrapers) to access or copy content without our consent
• Resell products purchased from OutfitRidge without prior written authorization
• Engage in fraudulent chargebacks or abuse our returns process

Violations may result in immediate account termination and may be reported to relevant authorities.

If you purchase a subscription plan, your subscription will auto-renew at the end of each billing period at the then-current rate unless you cancel. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time from your Subscriptions page.

Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not prorate refunds for partial periods. If a payment fails, we will attempt to collect payment and may suspend your subscription benefits until payment is received.

Our website and products are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, except as required by applicable law.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, OutfitRidge shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our website or products, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or your purchase shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product(s) giving rise to the claim.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which OutfitRidge is incorporated, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of our services that cannot be resolved informally shall be submitted to binding arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA), except that either party may seek injunctive relief in a court of competent jurisdiction for intellectual property violations.

Class action waiver: You waive any right to bring or participate in any class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration against OutfitRidge.

We may update these Terms at any time. When we make material changes, we will notify registered customers via email and post a notice on our website at least 14 days before the changes take effect. Continued use of our website after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
