30-Day Return Policy

We offer a 30-day return window from the date you receive your order. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.

Returns Accepted

Unworn items with original tags, unused products, and items with manufacturing defects

Returns Not Accepted

Worn or washed items, custom artwork products, items without tags, or items returned after 30 days

Important Note

Custom artwork items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless there is a manufacturing defect or printing error.

How to Return

Contact Us

Reach out to our customer service team via the contact page or email us at returns@outfitridge.com with your order number and reason for return.

Receive Return Authorization

We'll review your request and provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and return shipping instructions within 24-48 hours.

Pack & Ship

Securely pack the item(s) with your RA number clearly visible on the package. Ship using a trackable method and keep your tracking number.

Receive Refund

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.

Exchanges

Size or Color Exchange

If you need a different size or color, we're happy to help! Follow the same return process above and indicate that you'd like an exchange in your request.

We'll expedite your exchange order once we receive your return. If the item you want is in stock, we can ship it immediately and apply a credit once your return is processed.

Exchange Shipping

Standard shipping is free on exchange orders. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

Refund Information

Refund Processing

Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect your return.

Please note that it may take an additional 3-5 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your financial institution.

Partial Refunds

Partial refunds may be granted in the following situations:

  • Items with obvious signs of wear or use
  • Items returned without original tags or packaging
  • Items damaged not due to our error

Shipping Costs

Original shipping charges are non-refundable. If you received free shipping on your original order (due to minimum purchase), the actual shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.

Damaged or Defective Items

Manufacturing Defects

If you receive an item with a manufacturing defect or printing error, please contact us immediately with photos of the defect. We'll send you a replacement at no charge or issue a full refund, including return shipping.

Damaged in Transit

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damaged item and packaging. We'll file a claim with the carrier and send you a replacement or refund.

Wrong Item Shipped

If we shipped you the wrong item, we sincerely apologize! Contact us immediately and we'll arrange for the correct item to be shipped at no charge and provide a prepaid return label for the incorrect item.
